Dear Nataraj, 

I pulled together a compilation presentation for the benefit of Dharmic team members 

and friends on the Energy Industry. Although long it is very easy visual read and has kept 

in mind a beginners understanding.  It takes 30 minutes for a flavour and a second and third

glance should get a reader comfortable on the subject. You may find it of interest. We are hoping

to build an 'Energy Vertical' where we can participate at policy, Industry and project levels under

the leadership of Edward Cape (Ted) from our class, who is an authority on the subject.
