January Update: 2026 is off to a flyer! 
January 2026 has hit the ground running, reaffirming its reputation as the busiest month of the year for the Pattaya real estate market.
What is particularly striking this year is the correlation between basic infrastructure improvements and the surge in property inquiries. A prime example is the Cosy Beach area of Pratumnak. Long characterized by its relaxed atmosphere but lacking in local amenities, the neighborhood has undergone a complete transformation over the past few months.
