Climate Justice 101 workshops

Hi Programming crew, 

Wondering if anyone would be interested in being part of a sub-committee to work on the 'Climate Justice 101' aka 'Powershift 101' portion of the programming.

PowerShift 101 will be a workshop offered the first morning of the conference, so that everyone can take a basic intro workshop on climate justice before starting the weekend.  

For this, we are going to need about 50-60 facilitators to give these workshops (about 25-30 workshops, with 2 to a workshop to give a chance for some new folks to pair up with more experienced folks).  We will also need time before the weekend to give facilitator training to these 50 facilitators, hopefully Friday during the day, and possibly a separate training before hand in Vancouver for folks who can't be there Friday. 

To lessen the email traffic, I wanted to set up a seperate thread for this conversation.  If you're interested in helping develop the curriculum for the PowerShift 101, train facilitators (or develop the training) and help with outreach for facilitators, please reply to this email and i'll add you to the thread.
