Doodle: Programming Working Group meeting

Hey Programming Working Group,
I’m really excited to be on board with PowerShift and working with all of you!
As Cam mentioned, there will be some time at tomorrow’s meeting dedicated to
Programming. We will have a look at the
workshops and panels proposed so far, and have a brief brainstorm of whats
missing.

I will also have a more succinct list of proposals at the meeting for people to
view.
I’d like to schedule a Programming working group meeting for early next
week. I think it would be great to go
over the proposals more in detail and see what kind of targeted outreach we
need to fill the gaps. As well as
looking at the list of speakers and performers we have brainstormed and the missing voices there as well.

I should also mention that I am heading to Montreal on Saturday for the week,
so will be skyping into the meeting. If
someone in Vancouver has space to offer for the meeting, that would be great, and
folks can meet in person. Otherwise,
Cam can set up a conference call and let folks know how to connect.
