psake 4.2 released on nuget

Version 4.1.0 is broken for all users of http://chocolatey.org/ users due to a hard coded path. This release is up-to-date with commit 0d87ff344e5b964aaa3f89e4b324a91b96e56662 on psake/master as well contents of pull request #40 (which incorporates #30).
Due to the nature of the issue, I thought it would be best to the fix deployed quickly and I hope everyone is ok with this. Please ping me if any problems here, directly, or on twitter ( @randompunter ).

There was an issue with package 4.2.0, so 4.2.0.1 has been released. This is just a package fix.
