I've made the first release of the psage *library*. This is a
Python/Cython library that is new and separate from the Sage library.
It should be possible to install it into sage-4.5.3 on OS X and Linux,
at least. It includes the ELLFF library by Chris Hall and Salman
Baig, and also some very, very preliminary new code for Hilbert
modular forms by Alyson Deines and I. There's also some miscellaneous
other code.
The main point isn't so much the code, but the development model.
This is distinct from the PSAGE distribution, which is a stripped down
version of Sage. There will be a new PSAGE distribution soon, which
will include a snapshot of the psage library.
