Parent - Raffles, Fundraiser, Closing Program 5/24

Dear Parents,  Hope that you are all doing well - readying yourselves for a nice enjoyable summer with your children.  We are all working hard to put together our year end celebration and Talent Performance.  Here are a few updates:

RAFFLE - TURN IN YOUR MONEY AND BOOK DATE - FRIDAY JUNE 3rd (sorry for the error)

• Please sell your raffles the prizes are fabulous, 
• The drawing is after the Talent Performance on Friday June 10th
• We need to raise the funds needed toward our matching grant of 5000 from a philanthropist

PERFORMANCE -  FRIDAY JUNE 10 - 5:45 (doors open) - 8:00pm - $5.00 fee

• Come out and support your children - This is their time to shine
• Children who did not participate fully in the Performing Art classes may not be able to perform, as their instructors if in doubt
• Refreshments will be on sale by the Parent Fundraising Committee

NO PROGRAM DAYS

• IHI will not be open on the following days; 
• Tuesday June 7th, Thursday June 9, and Monday June 13 - School will be closed on May 30, Memorial Day

SUMMER CAMP - - DEADLINE FOR ALL PAYMENTS JUNE 30 - THURSDAY

• Applications are flooding in from parents whose children do not attend the annual program  
• There are only 40 spaces, so if you signed up and took an application, it is URGENT that you return it with your registration fee
• We cannot save spaces for anyone 
• Fees: 2 weeks - $300, 4 weeks $600, 6 weeks - $825(discounted); 8 weeks - $1,000(discounted) 
• We have loads of fun/learning activities ready and waiting for the CAMP

REGISTRATION YDP 2012 SEMESTER

• Registration is ongoing for the Fall - Space is Limited
• If you have made payments please submit your completed applications  
• We cannot process your child if you do not submit an application
• Incomplete applications will not be accepted - Medical forms can be requested from the office
• All slots for 2012 are fee based on a first come first serve basis - We do not expect to have our funding restored
• It's a good idea to be an active parent in the Parent Committee as those most in need may gain deeply discounted slots if the Parent Committee uses funds raised to help worthy families

LATE PAYMENT AND LATE PICK-UP OWES

• It is essential that if you owe late fees that you pay them before the end of the school year 
• No child will be registered if they have a late fee bill pending
• Please see Ms. Hager to clear your record
