Subject: atlantic city bus ride

Good morning all,

 

I am reaching out to the people that signed up and showed an interest in Atlantic City fundraising trip. As mentioned in the May 17^th parent meeting, Imani House is planning a fundraising trip to Atlantic City for August 6^th  or the 20^th . We are asking that parents make a deposit of at least $20 by June 10^th the day of the children’s performance and raffle ticket drawing.

 

If you know of others that are interested in attending the AC trip with us, please collect their deposits or full payment and turn in either to Imani House (main office), Detredra Meadows, Sonia Bennett, or Sherry Rodriguez. We are asking that deposits be made no later than Friday June 10^th so we will have an idea of the number of people attending. The number of paid people will determine if this is a trip we will go ahead with or not. Imani House is trying to make money for the children since it looks like the funding will not be restored next school year. They cannot afford to pay in advance for a bus and may not have the 55 people to fill the bus.  Reminder the fee would be $40 per person.
