Subject: Yearbook Instructions

Hello Everyone,

I look forward to meeting you all tonight....there will be a test on
everything in this email so please read it carefully (LOL). Actually
quite the opposite is true, I will explain all in detail so if
anything sounds confusing, please do not worry about it.

The bottom of this email will have instructions to load the EZBOOK11
program onto your computer. Although I am more than happy to do it
for you, I will have to use a disk depending on your computers
internet capability at the school, so if you wouldn't mind giving it a
try just to save some time tonight, great! Otherwise I will take care
of it at the school. I also suggest loading the Instruction Manual
onto your computer from the downloads. It is a pdf so it will take up
minimal space, and it is handy to have around in case you are
operating after hours like I tend to and need some instruction.


To load the EZBOOK11 Online version of the program please follow these
instructions
• go to http://online.ezbook.net your username and password
are "your first name all lowercase"
• on the left click on downloads.
• Choose the download for your system ( windows or Mac) and
double click
• Follow all of the prompts (next, install, agree)
• When you are done the program should run on your machine
• Click File (upper left hand corner) -click open – then enter
username and password (your first name all lowercase) and your book
will open up.

It will be blank because we have no imported pictures yet., I can
talk you through or we can do a gotomeeting.com if you want a head
start.
( all passwords can be changed by your administrator)
To add additional users the administrator () will:
• go to http://online.ezbook.net
• log in as an existing user ( )
• click "users" on the left
• click "add user" under the existing user
• fill in the fields and make sure all three boxes below should have
check in them
• click SAVE
