Google Code was good to us, but they are closing shop and it's time to move on. All source repositories and issues for the entire stack are now hosted on GitHub.
Happily, they provided a very good tool for moving entire projects over to GitHub. There was so more work involved in converting all the links (user-facing, Maven, etc.).
Though I think GitHub is not as easy to use for newcomers, it offers so many terrific features for pros, and especially will make it easier to make contributions.
Please let me know how well this works for you, and if there are links that I've missed...
