Prudence 2.0-beta3, Sincerity 2.0-beta3, Scripturian 1.1.2

We're getting very close to an official "2.0" release of Prudence and "1.0" release of Sincerity.

Restlet 2.2 is finally officially out, and this release uses it. Waiting for the official release was the main blocker for Prudence! We're also using the official release Hazelcast 3.2.

SSL should now work properly (server and client), too, when using Jetty 9.1. We have also upgraded to Jetty 9.1.3.

• New "freeze" command, very useful: http://threecrickets.com/sincerity/ecosystem/core-plugins/#dependencies_dependenciesfreeze

SCRIPTURIAN 1.1.2

• Support new SCRIPTURIAN_IGNORE_POSTFIXES environment variable. For example "SCRIPTURIAN_IGNORE_POSTFIXES=~" will make sure to ignore backup files created by some text editors.
• Nashorn: support sharing of cached classes; this will improve performance incredibly when OpenJDK 8u20 is released.
• Lua: fix exceptions with using cached files.
