Dear PRSSA Chapter Presidents and Advisers,
We were informed today that the PRSA Conference hotel room block at the JW Marriott is already 88% filled. PRSA does also have an overflow block at Hilton Austin however, we are also selling our PRSSA room block very quickly. I urge you to make hotel reservations for you and your members as soon as possible.
We are more than a month away from the Sept. 7 deadline and already more than 35% filled but this number is increasing daily.
As a reminder, to secure rooms with two double beds, you must reserve online. Click here to reserve your room, this link must be used if you would like to take advantage of the PRSSA rate, the rate will not be available if you call the hotel. The room rate is $219 per room (single, double, triple or quad occupancy) per night (not including taxes).
Please do not wait to make your hotel reservations.
