stardict dictionary conversion

Hi, Thank you all very much for your great work on the PRS+ project.  

I  tried to use the new dictionary converter to convert some Stardict Chinese-English dictionaries.  However, it doesn't work. The program read the ifo file but output a file of only 1 kb.

this one is easy, M is just another version of the text format, I'll release new version of converter these days (most likely today).
