how to calculate the AUC/ROC from the output?

Hello,

I'm interested to employ PRScise and later get metrics such as ROC/AUC. However, I do not know how to go ahead with the output generated (PRS per person).

The link says calculate AUC from the best file. 

Any lead would be appreciated.

You can plug the phenotype and the individual PRS into R and try to calculate the AUC and ROC with this: https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/pROC/versions/1.16.2/topics/auc

Remember to account for covariates though.
