Hi,

I am new to PRSice and tried to run a command line but it gave me an error as shown below:

Error in getopt(spec = spec, opt = args) : long flag "or" is ambiguous

Calls: parse_args -> parse_options -> getopt_options

Execution halted

p/s: I downloaded the latest version of PRSice

Any help is appreciated. Please advise. Thank you.

Can I see the full log? `--or` shouldn't be ambiguous.
