Announcing version 0.2.1

Hi all,

I'm pleased to announce a new version of PRSAnnots, version 0.2.1. This
release includes only a few bug fixes, but one of those fixes provides
support for Sony's new PRS-T2 ereader. Thanks to maptau_07 of the
MobileRead forums for helping me troubleshoot.

Those of you following development on Github [1] can pull to get the new
version. It's also available as a tarball [2] and a Windows installer
[3]. If you're not using a -T2, there's no pressing need to upgrade.
But there should be no harm in it either.
