All,

This is the forwarded email from Hannah with some of the questions we asked her last week.

It's a pretty late response but I think it's still helpful. She attached the timeline from the Stomp event last year so at least we have a rough estimate to work from.

Thanks!
Liz

LIZ!!
I am so sorry that I am just getting back to you- don't loose hope- email is usually a great way to get a hold of me, somehow I deleted it on accident. I have been messing with the labeling and it went wrong- really sorry.

We all love the new name.

The event is Sunday, December 2 at starting at 7:00pm. I have a meeting with Joan tomorrow and will ask her about whether or not she has a vision for when breaking silence will be promoted. There has not been an exact schedule for the day created yet- but I have attached the one from LAST year. Please do not make serious plans off of this because I do not even know how many teams have committed yet. But....it can at least give you an idea of how the event went last year.

I'm sorry again for being so slow, but I do recommend not sending these kinds of things to Joan... she probably wont know the details either. Another intern named, Kathleen, is the one planning the teams the most- and I don't think the  info about how many teams etc. has been finalized. But I am going to forward your questions to her, and see if she knows the answers yet. I will see her Thursday morning also- and I will at least get a feel for the situation.

Sorry we just don't have this stuff nailed down yet, but I will try to get you the answers as soon as possible. Please feel free to keep emailing or calling.

Love you!
Hannah

Hi! My team is LITERALLY so thankful that we can email you!!!!

We just have a couple more questions.

We are trying to plan specific promotion about Breaking Silence (the new name for Project Safe Word...) at the Stomp event.  But we are having trouble finding logistical information- like start time, end time, when the emcee's are speaking, the exact names of the Stomp teams and at what time they go on stage, the order of things, are there things planned during the intermission or would that be a good time for us to talk about the texting line?

So, I know those are a bunch of random questions, and we don't necessarily need the exact info for each one of those, but if you have any word doc's with that information on it, or a schedule or something that would be super helpful.  Stomp is on the website, but it's all the info from 2011.

1) So, if you have anything with info about the specific event schedule with times of everything, could we get a hold of that? :-)

2) A complete list of the teams; names, companies that are sponsoring them, and where they are from etc.

3) At the event, we know that audience members can vote for their favorite team. How do they do that? From their phones? And it's a donation-type vote, right? How does that work?

4) When do tickets go on sale for the event? Do we refer them to the Classic Center website to buy tickets, then go to the Project Safe website to donate for their favorite team? Right now on the website, for the Stomp event from last year, there are only buttons to donate to the teams on the Project Safe website, not a way to buy tickets.  Will there be something added there?
-Do you know the date when the website will be updated to the 2012 Stomp Event?

NO WORRIES at all if you don't have answers for these, or can't find any information.  We are just trying to be proactive about not emailing Joan too much, but if you don't know we are totally fine contacting her.

Let me know if you don't understand or need clarification or something like that.  You can totally email me back or text me or anything.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!

I like the idea for the billboard but it doesn't exactly illustrate what breaking silence is. There really isn't any information on it at all. Maybe we can talk about this a little tomorrow and throw some ideas out. Also we are meeting at 9 tomorrow. Just a reminder. See you all there!
