Hi! My team is LITERALLY so thankful that we can email you!!!!
We just have a couple more questions.
We are trying to plan specific promotion about Breaking Silence (the new name for Project Safe Word...) at the Stomp event. But we are having trouble finding logistical information- like start time, end time, when the emcee's are speaking, the exact names of the Stomp teams and at what time they go on stage, the order of things, are there things planned during the intermission or would that be a good time for us to talk about the texting line?
So, I know those are a bunch of random questions, and we don't necessarily need the exact info for each one of those, but if you have any word doc's with that information on it, or a schedule or something that would be super helpful. Stomp is on the website, but it's all the info from 2011.
1) So, if you have anything with info about the specific event schedule with times of everything, could we get a hold of that? :-)
2) A complete list of the teams; names, companies that are sponsoring them, and where they are from etc.
3) At the event, we know that audience members can vote for their favorite team. How do they do that? From their phones? And it's a donation-type vote, right? How does that work?
4) When do tickets go on sale for the event? Do we refer them to the Classic Center website to buy tickets, then go to the Project Safe website to donate for their favorite team? Right now on the website, for the Stomp event from last year, there are only buttons to donate to the teams on the Project Safe website, not a way to buy tickets. Will there be something added there?
-Do you know the date when the website will be updated to the 2012 Stomp Event?
NO WORRIES at all if you don't have answers for these, or can't find any information. We are just trying to be proactive about not emailing Joan too much, but if you don't know we are totally fine contacting her.
Let me know if you don't understand or need clarification or something like that. You can totally email me back or text me or anything.
THANK YOU!!!!!!!
