Tomorrow & Book

Those of us who are presenting are meeting tomorrow at 7 p.m. I wanted to see if the whole group would like to meet and review the book. If not, you will not have an opportunity to review the book before it's turned in on Tuesday during our presentation.

 

Additionally, I need all original files for any design work that has been done (brochures, cards, handbills, posters, billboard, etc.). We need to give Joan a flash drive with the original files so she can edit them if needed in the future. Please remember that if you work in InDesign, you must also send over all of the links (that's any images you used in your documents. Even if you just used a Breaking Silence logo, you need to send it to me via email with the original document so that I can create a links folder with the exact photo match. Keep in mind that the photo file name must be the same as the file you used in the InDesign document to be able to replace the link). Let me know if there is any confusion regarding this step.

 

Lastly, I don't think I've received the final billboard file.

Hey group,

Here are the things we need to buy to put the book together:

• 2 binders
• 2 packs of dividers
• Printing the color pages

So we'll print that but we will need to figure out when you guys can pay for part of it if you won't be at our presentation on Tuesday. It would be easiest for you to meet us prior to the presentation since we'll all be there.

Not sure where yet.. I think we can just meet at Jittery Joes for now. It's finals so it will be really crowded. We are meeting at 7 p.m.
