Hey all,

Joan just emailed me and she wants the posters and stuff for the event ASAP. I already told her it would be Wednesday when we last emailed, but she just emailed me again for them. Any suggestions on how I should respond? I don't think anything we've done will be ready til we get the photos. Again, she knows all of this, but I feel she is getting impatient...

Anybody willing to meet early with me on Wednesday to help with the posters?

My suggestion would be to send the posters in completed ASAP but without photos. It sounds like she'd rather have them now, without photos featured, than later.

Best,
Paula

I am getting the photos tonight from Leslie and giving them to Emily tomorrow when we meet for video editing.

I know she wants them to print, so you think I should make it without photos? Or just send it to her with holes?

Oh. So there is no way to send them to me? Emily isn't making the posters.

I would just let her know that the soonest we can get those to her is Wednesday. I'd get everything for the poster layout ready so all you have to do is insert the picture and send them her way. Sorry this is frustrating, but there really isn't anything you can do.

The files are on a disc. They won't be able to send through email because they are too large. I'm giving them to Emily because she is the only one on your side that I will see before Wednesday.

Sorry for the multiple emails, but uploading them to a Dropbox is an option as well.

I will try to do that tonight, but my computer has had issues with Dropbox and hasn't worked in the past. I'll do what I can. I'm at work until 4:30 so I won't be able to respond to emails or do anything until then. My schedule is just super packed today.

This site is how I send cds, so relatively big files, you don't have to put any info and it just provides a link to where it can be downloaded: http://www.sendspace.com/

I have added the photos to the Dropbox. Everyone should have access to them as of now.

Thanks!
Chelsea
