Video in Dropbox

Hey all,

I put the video in the dropbox for you to check out. If you think it's good, we can go ahead and send to Joan. I don't know how we wanted to do that, since it's a relatively large file. SendSpace perhaps? I figured someone in the Event group would send it since it's your baby and you've talked about it. 

If there are any changes that need to be made I'll do what I can! And by that I mean if you ask for any changes I'll cut you. But I'll still probably make them. I'm just kidding. Maybe. No just let me know, I'll do what I can.

I love it! My goodness, incredible job with that editing, Emily. I wouldn't have any idea how to send the file to Joan. Is SendSpace the best option? Do you know how to use it? 

Also, Emily--I don't remember...did we determine you and Jordan will be at the event on Sunday? Let me know if that's not right. The names I'll send Joan are Jordan, Emily, Liz, and Meg.

SendSpace is basically just an upload service. So I uploaded the video there and then if you send her this link, she can download it from there. The only bad thing is some people worry about downloading stuff from random sites and it definitely doesn't look super professional. But I've used this site a zillion times and never had a problem. You do have to clarify that there are a couple "fake" download options that are really ads and the real one is blue text in a blue box saying "Click here to start download from sendspace" http://www.sendspace.com/file/gwd23n 

If you'd rather not send her that I can check out some of the other sites I've used for similar purposes and get back to you! 

ALSO re: event - I can be there, yeah, I just need to know when we have to get there! And any other important details.

toobigforemail.com is another site, but it often ends up in people's Spam box. If you use that site, I would recommend telling Joan to check in her Spam as well.

Ok sounds good...I'm not familiar with any of these sites, but if you know of a good site and can send me instructions that I can send to Joan so I don't have to figure anything out, I'll do that :)
