All, 

I worked on the creative brief a little bit this morning and posted it in google docs. It will need work, but it's a start. Feel free to review and edit. 

Also, I didn't work much on the Situation analysis, but I added in some categories we'll have to think about and write about. The order the headings are in is the order I'd recommend, but that's just to have a structure to start with; it can certainly be modified. I think we should start talking about how to break up parts of the book based on the headings in that google doc. It might be good for us to get together a little earlier than 10 am next Wed so that both teams (education/event) can talk, and so we can start thinking about the book...there are definitely some parts we can do now. Thoughts?
