question about the texting line roll out

Since the texting line is being rolled out at the event on December 2nd, is it not currently being staffed? Because I just realized that if we're starting tweets in November but the line isn't out yet, we of course wouldn't want to tweet about it yet or give out the number to something not currently in use... does anyone know how the line is being handled?

I believe the texting hotline is up and running. A soft opening is what she called up. But it won't be promoted through media until the event etc.

Also I found a photographer for the billboard and my friend Liz is sending info to the DGK email listserv for the video. No luck on an artist yet. Wahoo!
