All-
Dr. Russell finished grading/editing our book and I just picked it up. I've included a brief summary of her edits, although we have a lot of work to do. The book is due a week from tomorrow, and aside from designing the actual book layout, putting it together and completing the projects that are still in progress, we have substantial edits to make to the book.
Organizing editing so that all the responsibility does not fall on one person is probably going to take us meeting outside of class. The "event" group is already meeting tomorrow at 6 p.m.-- would everyone be willing to meet then and go over edits/assign re-working in addition to working on the video?
Let me know.
Summary from Russell:
"Good start. Work needed: 1) The situational analysis should synthesize research and summarize problems. This is the most important edit. 2) Tactics need every detail (add to budget and gantt chart, too) 3) Think of a theme that can be incorporated into everything-- more like an ad slogan 4) Be sure the visual identity is consistent throughout. We can meet Wednesday at 10 a.m. to discuss, especially the situational analysis."
There are also notes on every page with edits regarding content. The only section without edits is the research appendix.
Best,
Paula
