with you through the steps that need to be taken in order to develop and
execute a really good, authentic pub. The conversation will probably include
discussion of location types, design styles & costs, sources of finance,
business plans & financial estimates, operational management issues,
development timelines and Diageo Guinness`s endorsement of the concept etc.

The discussion should leave you feeling stronger about the direction you are
taking and put some solid structure around what your group should be doing
next to make progress.
