Documents for CSR

Dear all,

 

We need to submit the following documents for a CSR fund:

 

1. GST Registration Certificate,
2. Fund utilization certificate from their statutory auditor stating that funds are used only for that purpose for with it was received.
3. Last three years audited financial statement with auditor’s reports.
4. Annual Reports of Last Three years
5. Income Tax Return of Last Three years,
6. List of Trustees / Board Members / Governing Bod
7. Board resolution authorizing acceptance of CSR funds
8. Organizational chart and key management details
9. Utilization Certificates (from previous donors, if any)
10. Declaration of non-political, non-religious activities
11. Tax & statutory compliance declaration
12. Undertaking on compliance with Companies Act, 2013
13. Case studies of similar projects
14. KYC of key members.

 

We need to submit them in the next one week.
