We have observed that your organization has registered with BigTech but you have not submitted any documents to enable us to qualify the organization for software donations.
Kindly share the following documents for validation.
1. Registration certificate: - kindly share the certificate in English language
a. Society Registration certificate OR
b. Certificate of registration under companies’ act OR
c. Trust Deed
2. 12A & 80G certificate
3. FCRA certificate (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act Certificate) [MANDATORY for International donors like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Adobe etc.]
4. Organization Website OR Annual Report of past 2 years OR Mission Statement - website not working
5. Official email ID ending with domain
6. Agent Verification (email id of agent in the domain of organization)
Since we were unable to confirm you as an authorized agent of PROYASH BANGALORE. Therefore, we are requesting a letter from PROYASH BANGALORE on letterhead authorizing you as an agent to use this account on their behalf.

If you don’t have a letterhead, or can’t produce
this document, we won’t be able to validate your registration at this time. Kindly send the letter from professional email reflecting your organization's domain.
An authorization letter in PDF that achieves the following:
- has your organization's official letterhead
- signed by your leadership/management
- shows your full name and the professional email ID
- shows that your organization authorizes you to manage the account and the donations and discounts your organization qualifies for.
