please cancel the AppEngine serve that applied maliciously

It's my honour to introduce myself to you, Iam the master of www.1433aa.com. because of the
leak of our website, the Hackers apply the serve of AppEngine-Google maliciously. I am sure I didn't apply the serve. Here is the website of the Mirroring:

we can't visit the Mirroring website in China, but i visit it with foreign Reseller IPs
.what shock me is the website have the same information and keep update.
www.1433aa.com is a Non-business website,witch accredited by MIIT and Jiangsu Ofcom.
THE ICP Put on record date is: 苏ICP备11003054号-1 .
so far, the Mirroring still have our website's copyright and ICP Put on record date. I'm so grateful if you can cancel the serve.
