mysql db user frequently get access denied while connection through proxysql

Hello team. It's again me :) 

I experienced a strange situation during my test with proxysql. Suddenly I found that 1 on 3 or 4 tries, when I simply wanted to connect to my mysql thru proxysql (port 6033) I was getting 'access deny' error. 

The same happened even on port 6032 when I tried to connect to the admin interface. My command was ok, because I run it from my bash history (arrow up to see the last command) and once for a while proxysql let me it, but other times not.

I was thinking that it was my mysql or my password was wrong, but when the same issue happened on the admin port to with then I started to think it is something with proxysql rather....

The same issue - I think - was reported here, on the percona forum:

I need to say, that after I restarted proxysql, everything backed to normal and haven't happened again since then - yet :) But it doesn't allow me to think that everything is super stable to move it to the production without some sort of explanation what that was. 

Have you ever noticed something like this?

So I haven't seen that issue ever later again, so for now I have no explanation and I left it alone.
