Hi,

Is it possible to create set of rules which will allow to execute same statement (create table ...) on more than 2 servers?
I have 5 shards in my farm.

Thanks,

Igor.

Hi Igor,

ProxySQL mirroring can mirror the same query only once.
Of course, nothing stops you to send mirrored traffic to another ProxySQL instance (or the same one) and multiply the same query over and over.

I am not sure what is your use case, but I would like to recommend ccql:
https://github.com/github/ccql

Thanks

René: Thank You for the idea and info on ccql. Recursive proxysql will definitely do the trick for me.

Igor.

Hi Rene
Thanks a lot for the prompt reply to my previous question. I have one more question to ask.

Is there a wok-around using which I can simultaneously mirror the traffic to 2 different hostgroups(nodes) ? The below image explains what I am trying to accomplish.
I tried creating multiple query rules to route traffic to 2 different host-groups but the traffic was mirrored to only 1 host-group.

I know the other possible solution is the following but we are trying to avoid it due to some other reasons:
