Simple setting for Poxysql

I have 3 mariadb servers:

   

    mariadb1.cn.lan

    mariadb2.cn.lan

    mariadb3.cn.lan

I already set them in a Galera Cluster, replication is on among them, and installed Proxysql.

Yet, Can I have an easy example of how to set up this arrangement:

   mariadb1.cn.lan   as solely writer

   mariadb2.cn.lan  as reader

   mariadb3.cn.lan as reader

I went through:

Yet, it is so hard for me to understand how to set just one server as Read Only and another as Writer. How could mariadb1.cn.lan could be set as Reader and Writer is still hard for me to understand, too.
