How can I make it support cookies?

I Also face the problem of cookies while accessing google sites. In
the country where i reside orkut is blocked by ISP. When i try to
logging all other sites work but any google related site throws errors
saying cookies is turned off. I checked the options and the cookies
are turned on in Chrom Options.

Is it a bug or is there a way around
