The examples given in the usage section is not working . Getting null proxy list

Although java.net.useSystemProxies is working.
The java.net.useSystemProxies is working in standalone program in eclipse but its not working when I run the same code in my web application or Junit . I am using spring in my web application.
Any pointers?

Could you please give me some more details of what you try to do and how your code looks like. Perhaps by providing an excerpt of your code.
That would help me to understand what problem you are facing.
