Optimum running conditions for the Goblin hinge on few factors

1. Network Speed and Location 
   If you're on a VPS with a high speed direct connection to the net, you'll achieve much higher speeds and 
   also less dropped connections. 
   
   
2. Network Matching
   Some proxies work lighting fast from a certain country. If you are running the Goblin on your home pc, then
   you should also use those proxies from that location. This is because, the proxies have been validated 
   against that network.
   
   
3. OS
   Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7 Ultimate recommended since they do not have much network restrictions. 
   
   
4. Dedicated Environment
   I disable my AV and firewalls when running the Goblin since it runs on a dedicated system that is only used for
   scraping, commenting and *cough* bh tools. For example, I don't read my emails or use it for any other 
   purposes. So it's a clean install and the Goblin does not need to compete for resources
