About the Service:"The Florida Psychology Board is the regulatory body that oversees all psychologists in the state of Florida. The Board provides information and resources to help psychologists practice ethically and legally.
The Board has created a Psychologist Practice Course that is required for obtaining a license to practice psychology in the state of Florida. This course covers topics such as ethics, standards of practice, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, research methodology, professional responsibility, working with children and adolescents, laws and regulations pertaining to psychology practice in Florida, etc.
To obtain your license to practice psychology in Florida you must complete this course along with other requirements set forth by the Board."
