About the Service:" The Florida (FL) Registered Trainee Appraiser Practice Course is a 40-hour course that provides the trainee with the required classroom education and field experience to become a registered appraiser in Florida.
The purpose of this course is to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills needed to pass each of the four examinations required by Florida law to obtain registration as an appraiser. The course also provides students with the opportunity to obtain a Certificate of Completion from The Appraisal Foundation.
This course is designed for individuals who want to become registered appraisers in the State of Florida. It covers all aspects of appraisal practice, including:
Basic appraisal theory and methodology
Valuation principles, methods and techniques
Real estate economics and development analysis"
