Access Internet from tablet? Filter contents?

Hello

I'm looking for a solution to install on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone so I can..

1. connect a wifi-only tablet through USB + 3G instead of wifi

2. filter web pages in the Android web browser so I can get rid of ads

Can Proxoid do this?

Hi.

filtering web pages would be possible but is not currently implemented
in proxoid.
connecting the tablette through usb instead of wifi is not possible.
