I've noticed over the last few weeks of tinkering around with various
levels of Windows XP that Proxoid does not work (as least for me)
under Windows XP SP3. It works fine with Windows XP vanilla, Windows
XP SP1 and Windows XP SP2. I'm assuming there is a security feature
that is blocking the use of unsigned drivers or something like that. I
don't know much about the way the Windows driver model works, but I'm
pinning 90% of my issues on Windows XP SP3.
