reporter 'witness' feature == instant feed aggregator? and Twitter

Guillaume's comment is making me think some more of how Prowl's
development could move forward.

While I am not prepared to dive into an indepth revision of the code,
yet, I am starting to see that the observer or witness feature is
simply a feed aggregator that posts published records into a report.
I'll research this some more over the coming weeks and would
appreciate any leads. My main concern is finding an aggregator that
could support real-time witnessing of published transaction records.

Also, I'll plan on supporting Twitter and microblog formats as well -
this is already supported if a record uses the current syntax, but a
smarter reporter app should be able to parse microformats for dates,
as needed.
