Test helpers improvements

Hi guys,

I've done some changes today to our test helpers:

• The "mock_role_method" (https://github.com/python-provy/provy/blob/master/tests/unit/tools/helpers.py#L34) now replaces methods in the current "self.role" instance in the test case, so that we can mock methods of specific roles more easily;
• There's a new helper called "mock_role_methods" (https://github.com/python-provy/provy/blob/master/tests/unit/tools/helpers.py#L42), which can take several methods to mock. This new method makes it much easier to patch multiple role methods; And you can also unpack the yielded values as the mocks (e.g.
  with self.mock_role_methods('foo', 'bar') as (foo, bar):
  )

Perhaps we can ditch "mock_role_method" in a near future, as the second one does the same thing in practice (and supports multiple methods), but I'll make some more improvements before going this way.

I also started porting some of our tests to use them. I hope this smoothens the learning curve to make tests for provy, so that we get less afraid of them.
