Having a issue with a 16 channel smart card file (CL6896X1-A1)with
accuracy issues on 4 of the 16 inputs. Changed all 8 modules and
terminal panel and still have a issue with accuracy. With a 50% input
signal on a 0 to 14 scale have 6 instead of 7. If switch from
redundant AI card to the primary the reading comes up to 6,87 from 6
still not perfect but better. Repalced both primary and redundant AI
input cards with no change in accuracy.
Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this phenomenon? Thanks you
