Please pass along to your designer friends:
At SpotterRF we're looking for a full-time designer for Art Direction, Print, Event, and UX Design (front-end web) - all the things.
Experience with the latest web buzzwords is a plus, but no less / sass skills are strictly required. If anyone submits a resume with web <= 2.5 buzzwords... just don't do it.
This position is for our first full-time designer, so it's a great opportunity for someone who really wants to take the reigns on just about every aspect of design (and quite a bit of marketing) in the company and make awesome happen. The company is an interesting mix of modern tech culture and sells-to-military culture. It's challenging to meet the needs of both areas.
If you're interested in the details, send an e-mail to briant (which is at
spotter360.com).

P.S. It's a pet peeve of mine when people put html and css on a resume just because they've done a 10 minute tutorial. If I had a nickel for every resume I've seen with html listed, but the person has never heard of the dom.... I'd take a trip to the nicklecade for sure.
