Synchronizing shared calendars

I have several gmail accounts, each with its own Google calendar. The
calendars are shared, so that my "master" calendar shows all the
events of the "subordinate" ones. When synchronizing my master Google
calendar with Lightening using Provider, I was hoping that all events
would show up, including those shared from subordinate calendars,
however, that was not the case, and I had to individually synchronize
each subordinate calendar with Lightening. Is there a way to make this
work?

You need to add each secondary calendar extra (as a new calendar).
