Google authorization pop-up for unknown account

to Provider for Google Calendar

I've been seeing this pop-up all day after re-loading the latest Provider for Google Calendar.

Clicking on the close (X) does close the pop-up window, but it reappears after a half hour or so.

Thoughts about how to prevent this Google account authorization window from repeatedly spawning?
