Not able to authenticate using OAuth

Hello group,

Things were great, until I suddenly realized that I am not able to add new events with Lightning to my Google calendar. I checked and the version of TB was 37 - so I decided to upgrade. Downloaded the brand new version 45.1.0, and the email worked as usual - no problem. But the problem still persisted with creating new events on GCal with Lightning. So I decided to unsubscribe and resubscribe the calendar.

Then I got stuck. When I choose GCal on the new Calendar setup wizard, and put in my email address, I get an empty screen in the windows where it says: "Please select the calendar and task lists you would like to subscribe to:".

There was nothing obvious on the error window, so as per instructions here [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/using-lightning-google-calendar], I switched on calendar log. Now I see a bunch of errors related to authentication, which are probably the same ones that caused the first issue to happen.

Tried following things:
- Manually removed "Provider for Google Calendar", cleaned the calendar-data folder in profile and reinstalled 2.7 (as mentioned in [https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/provider-for-google-calendar/kUivB_E8D1A])
- None of the plugins mentioned in "Known Issue: Blank wizard page in new calendar dialog (with workaround)" thread is installed.

Any pointers on what I should try, or anyone else facing the same error?

Never mind - I had my system proxy set up from a past trip, which I forgot to take out. Oh well!!
