Google calendar problem

to Provider for Google Calendar

Google Calendar on my Android only shows events from the current day

I would also like to see events from previous days as I do not always complete them and so they just disappear

Can someone therefore please tell me how I can make calendar do what I want because I cannot see any way I can do this in settings
