Token expired/failed to aquire a new OAuth token

I can see the google calendar events, but cannot add new events or modify existing ones. I'm also using Exchange EWS Provider 3.9.0. No change when it is disabled or removed.

Just  noticed that the google calendar never updates. Appears to be completely broken as could be expected.

Small update - no problems with TB 52 at home, the problem is at work behind a proxy. Maybe the 403 response is from the proxy server?
One calendar from the windows store has no problem getting through the proxy.

As of 4/18 this now functions correctly through the proxy at work. Not sure what happened other than several computer restarts.
