Javascript trouble in Thunderbird when adding google calendar.

With the Provider for Google Calendar v1.0.2 I get the following error when trying to add a calendar on google:

You've reached this page because we have detected that Javascript is disabled in your browser. The page you attempted to load cannot display properly if scripts are disabled.

Please enable scripts and retry the operation or go back in your browser.

What can I do?

And now, i found solution:

In about:config enable javascript.enabled to true. To acess about:config install "about:config Buttons" addon, for example.

This setting is blocked in recent versions of Thunderbird. Do you know about an alternative?
