Known Issue: Blank wizard page in new calendar dialog (with workaround)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Thunderbirthday or the Provider for MS Exchange installed
  2. Open the new calendar wizard
  3. Click on Google Calendar, click next
    Result: The page is blank
    Expected: The page is not blank


The workaround here is to disable the Provider for MS Exchange or Thunderbirthday for the time of creating your calendar.  I believe the issue for Thunderbirthday has been fixed in version 0.8.1 and I have a workaround to handle the Provider for MS exchange.
