Recurring events always set to forever

to Provider for Google Calendar

When I create a recurinng event in Lightning (OS Linux Mint 20.1, Thunderbird 78.11.0) in google calendar the end date is always set to forever whatever end date I select. When I do the same in Goggle agenda, no problem. If I use a local calendar, no problem.

This behaviour started with Thuderbird 78.
