Not getting updates

I find that I am not always getting updates for appointments that have changed on Google.  I've tried doing "Synchronize Calendars" from the context menu but that doesn't help.  So I end up deleting and re-adding the calendar to make sure I have the latest info.

Is this a known bug?  Is there anything I can do to help track down the problem?
